When you place an order for equipment, the funds are confirmed and then order starts processing but if there are not funds available when your device is ready to ship, your bank may decline the purchase and the device won't ship. If your bank does not decline the purchase, the device will ship to you and you can return it for a refund, which may take up to 30 days to apply. Your bank will be able to tell you more about their approval for purchases that would leave you with a negative account balance.
