1.  I can't find you ever posted details about your "situation" - at least in this thread.

2.  Did you ever have service at the location in question.

3.  What plan are you on?  If on their new plan since April - you can leave anytime w.o. penalty.

4.  Your "threats" about BBB, FCC etc. make you come across as some kind of kook.  No carrier guarantees service in every location.  The only time this argument (about coverage) could come into play is if TM did have coverage and now doesn't and you want out of an old contract.
