I didn't write here until recently after waiting so patiently (in my opinion).

 

I am an existing customer so I wrote this long email of the history of my order, how I was treated, and how they need to get their act together or I would cancel and quit my service. I guess that sent the message through.

 

If you are an existing customer and have trouble, I would definitely recommend contacting the executive team, not normal customer service. They are horrible!
