I recently got a prepaid data sim from a local T-mobile store (Nov 29th). They helped me set up the free 200MB for life on my ipad. Data was working for a few days, but then after a point whenever I try to use mobile data (WIFI off, data on, flying mode off), I get redirected to u.web2go.com. I tried restarting the tablet, toggling data on / off, hard reset the ipad, nothing worked. I am able to go onto mim.t-mobile.com, also clicking on links on that page works, so this is not a hardware problem. Tried to call t-mobile or online chatting for a few times already, but none was helpful, I was old to buy a plan, to go over the basics many more times or to there is nothing wrong with my account.
I was searching on google for solutions instead and found similar problems asked in this forum. Any help is appreciated.
