I have a Galaxy Gear Smartwatch with null_23 rom. While I like the notifications, apps, and the ability to make/answer/reject calls, it is limited by the lack of bluetooth tethering availability on my Note ii (and no to rooting since I like to keep my Sammy rom with the note functions). From what I have gathered, it seems that only TMo removes bluetooth tethering. I love not having a contract, but a mobile lifestyle with wearables is certainly limited by Magenta's decision. I am considering a switch (and my family's 3 other lines) to the Big Bad Blue - especially with the Note 4 coming out soon.
