The link is the only thing on that page when signing up that references the offer, and the link just takes you to more information on how to qualify. It does have the "qualifying plan" listed at the beginning, as well as the "qualifying credit" listed on the first page you get to from that link, so while confusing, it is providing correct information. The link is intended to provide more visibility to customers about the offer before they complete their activations process, we understand the confusion with having it on the Simple Choice No Credit Check page and appreciate you sharing this. You are free to port your lines back temporarily as you are under the buyer's remorse period now and then complete the offer through the qualifying credit route if you'd like to take advantage.
