I'm sorry to hear that you've moved out of our coverage area! EIP will still be billed while you are on a seasonal suspension but if you decide to cancel the full balance will become due. Seasonally suspended accounts do not charge the full balance but there is a $10 monthly fee due for keeping it suspended. I certainly hope you do not decide to forget the bill as it would be sent to collections after 60 days and we are not able to pull the account back once that happens.
