I am unable to make and receive phone calls from my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone for this past week (before this past week my phone worked fine) even though I get perfect reception (4 bars) and 4G LTE connection. However if I drive 2 blocks away from my house I am able to make/receive phone calls. Earlier this week I went to the local T mobile store to ask if they can do anything to help but they just said to wait 72 hours and see if things get fixed, but a week has past already and I still have the same result.
When you make a call with a phone it normally "clicks" before you hear the phone ringing for the other person to answer their phone. However with my problem when I tried to make a phone call, it doesn't make a "click" sound and just hangs there for about 5-10 seconds and just automatically hangs up on itself.
My S4 can still access games/apps/email/internet/text but it cannot make or receive phone calls from my house for this past week.
My parents' phones (another Samsung Galaxy S4 and Iphone 4) is unable to make/receive phone calls also from our house and is also able to make/receive calls after driving 2 blocks or so away from the house this past week.
