Hi,
As the title states my T-mobile app, store pages and device pages are all not working. I have tried reinstalling, using different browsers, different phones & different computers. Support has said their engineer team is currently working on this issue. Is there any ETA on this? Since my current phone is having major problems I would like to update it and was told I can do this in person at a store.
Considering the amount problems I am facing with the website and app I am more likely to switch service providers than upgrade to a phone while still being unable to use most features.
Thank you.
Correction, not update my phone - upgrade*
I did this just now.
It doesn't delete all your messages.
When I opened the Messages app again after clearing the data, it took a couple of seconds to load but they did show back up, including multimedia messages.
A lot of other people are saying they have recieved the update on their Note 8 but I still haven't
not only does it run in the background it also attempts to connect to some interesting server I wonder what's the use for that anyhow?
It keeps attempting to connect to the following server ec2-52-88-129-89.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com
Port number 44 3
Not only that the server changes from time to time
ec2-54-68-176-69.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com
So what that is being transmitted you guys want to just tell us or do we have to data-mine through packet capture analysis? Thanks
Is there any reason why the code would behave just randomly as it desires one time this way one time some other why? I thought programming languages where are written in such a way that they're pretty much predictable especially during the boot time. So what's up with T-Mobile bboo time? Sometimes it does the T-Mobile triangle sometimes it does not. I would say that's a major compromise in the very underlying code I want to be I sure that this would not lead to even bigger compromises upon the phone being fully booted. But that's a far stretch idea. Get your things together T-Mobile.
Between the heading and the body of this post I'm not sure if you're talking about a sound effect, jingle or a triangle or a boot sound or a ringtone.
If it was a software issue. All devices with the T-Mobile firmware would suffer from it, mine included, which it doesn't! I have Chat Settings off though because I don't see the need for people to know when I am typing or when I view their message. I send a couple of dozen picture messages a day and hundreds of texts without any issues.

Not only do the to come built-in worthen the T-Mobile branded phone they also do some very interesting stuff such as attempting to connect online once in awhile even though I do not run them at all. Somebody should be really ashamed about this no? How is T-Mobile okay with being in the bed with Facebook apps finding their own servers without the user's even opening the app installer or at manager.
All the funniest thing I've ever seen is calculator trying to connect to some server.
There is some more interesting things on my phone

I can't speak for Note 8 users, I have the Galaxy S8, I checked this morning and it was available but again for the S8 I don't know about your device
And if you search the version number it comes back as Sprint Note 8 Pie update. I will believe it when people actually get the update.
Much like your last post, this one doesn't make any sense either.
April 2nd was when Oreo was rolled out for the Note8.
It's the opposite for me, the phone feels laggier and the battery life seems to have degraded as well. My biggest issue, however, is that every time I restart my phone, Spotify changes the default storage location to my internal storage and redownloads my 3k+ songs.
Are EIP payments included in the monthly auto pay or do you have to login and make equipment payments separate? My bill only shows the $120.00 for the cost of the plan for 2 phones no charge for equipment. I am new to T-Mobile not sure how this works. Thanks
EIP will be with autopay.
It may take a billing cycle for the EIP to show in your bill.
I’ve been with t-mobile and I’ve tolerated everything until now. I have one simple question to ask so decided to used the chat option...20 mins later no one replied...so then I called but then could barely understand what the representative was saying because of their accent and then she had no idea what I was talking about...I ended up hanging up, called back same scenario again. Why even bother having a service if we can’t understand each other? I’m better off speaking to the automated system
I upgraded to S10 but kept my S8 since I couldn't trade it in, but the best part is the hidden gestures for navigation bar. I got screen burn in from the previous nav bar. Only dislike is I kinda liked the Oero icons better and the recent tab was easier on the eyes.
