Well I switched to Verizon where I found helpful, American customer service reps who understand American English and aren't limited to a script.
My current problem is that in the rush to close my account, T-Mobile cutoff my online access, so I can't see or pay my final bill. I tried to get a copy by calling T-Mobile, but "there appears to be a problem accessing the system."
T-Mobile customer service....the gift that keeps on giving.
