I'M feed up with T-Mobile

Ever since I been a customer I have had so many issues I filled BBB reports spoke with upper management other then the supervisors and spoke with the excitative directors presidents team.

 

1) Keep charging me for things that should not be on my bill like

 

A) An phone telesales order that was never placed

B) EIP plan still appears on the bill even though I paid in full for my phone.

 

2) I keep getting denied sim unlock for unknown reasons. Know they claim I changed my sim card so it got denied and I told them I did not even do that.

 

 

Worst customer service ever.
