I just upgraded myself to s4 and having the same issue with yahoo login. As others mentioned here, it seems to be working fine on wifi. It seems to work fine on my old device HTC sensation, but not on s4. I also saw the same behavior on s3. I checked with people in other network (AT&T/Sprint), they dont seem to have this issue, so it is the combination of samsung-t-mobile-yahoo that seems to be causing some issue. I am sure it is some setup on Yahoo, but who'll ring the bell? Only someone @ T-mobile can take our cause.
