Thanks for the facebook idea have been trying to talk to them through private message on there. i sent them this link they offered me 20 dollars credit on my account as a inconvenience credit. but i have missed the $36 dollars off promotion that i can no longer get. and for the 0 down promotion which i am now being told i have actually only been a customer for 11 months not the full year and have to be with them for 12 months to take advantage of this offer but the first 3 reps helping me on the phone never said this 12 month policy on 0 down and said i should get the 0 down. So far not going that great as the phone is going to cost me more since i missed the promotion and there only giving me $20 dollars off now and i have to pay a down payment waiting on another response hopefully i can get a better outcome then that but its getting somewhere now at least. it does seem to take 4 hours for each response and better then who i was dealing with yesterday.
