After being loyal T-Mobile customer for nearly 3 years, I had to switch to new carrier because lack of coverage at my new office location. I received my latest bill and surprised to see a termination fee of 100$ for closing my account. I was in Simple Choice Plan VAL Family. As per my knowledge there is no cancellation fee for Simple Choice Plan, its even listed on the website. Not sure why I was charged 100$ fee.
