I am looking to transfer my service from Verizon to T-Mobile and have an iPhone 5 I'd like to trade in. I understand that T-Mobile will price match a competitor's quote up to 5 days prior to the day of the trade in. I have a quote from Verizon for the iPhone 5 for $200 on 12/13/2014 and the current quote from Verizon is now $129. However, the $200 quote received on 12/13/2014 from Verizon states that "The appraised value is only valid for 30 days from your submission date. Device received after 30 days will be reassessed at current market value."
Will T-Mobile honor the $200 appraised value until 01/12/2015, or did the deadline for price match submission end on 12/18/2014 (5 day deadline)?
