Painful Customer Support Experience

This started late August or September, I received a post card from T Mobile I stated:

 

"WE ARE UPGRADING YOUR RATE PLAN, You're about to get more-no action required"

In short, it states I would got unlimited talk, data, international data and text with my current rate may be with less than 1$ additional cost.

 

It stated "You'll have all this and more by October 2014".

 

I was kind excited because it was about the time my current contract would end. I wonder also if any other people received this card.

 

Anyway, nothing happened in October of cause.

 

I called to inquiry in November, Here are the answers from different representatives:

1) You already have it (of cause not)

2) You have to change the plan (She seemed not aware of the notification card)

3) The migration is in precessing, should be finish in Dec.

 

Now it's December, I would shopping for new contract otherwise, I called again, I was told again

1) You have change plan your self, (again!)

2) That card is sent to all our customers with all different plans, may not apply to you (What is the logic it applies to all, but not me, one of them?)

 

I think I have enough, I really want to see if it only happens to me,
