Where do you live?

Oahu -  Pearl City, Aeia, Pearl Harbor, and Most parts of Honolulu use 1900 for 4G(HSPA). Outside there I can't really tell you are I don't travel there much and I use my Verizon lines outside of these areas.

You are more likely to get 2G in most places, and you will not get LTE at all.
