Well, of course the first thing I did was call TMO's amazing support
people. (Just as I'll probably never buy another Samsung product, after 12
years of superb service from TMO, it's not likely I'll ever switch
carriers.) Apparently I'm the first customer to have this problem and I
really wasn't expecting them to give me a new phone because of it. Besides,
after all the time I've invested in getting this thing set up, I'm in no
hurry to repeat the exercise over an admittedly minor defect. All I'm
asking for-- all I want-- is a replacement back cover. Against my genereal
principles, I even offered to buy the fool thing. Not so fast there,
Skippy. All Samsung wants to do is sell me an S-window case.
Oh, and about the pair of Samsung's new Level Over headphones I was just
about to run down to the big box electronics store and get? The ones that
cost half what the Note 4 cost? Ummm... no. Bose, or maybe Zik 2.0.
