Switching from Sprint but went down to a non smart phone plan, any issues?

Dear Tmobile Support,

I have a question related to switching over to Tmobile from Sprint but I lowered my plans with Sprint recently to where I have no data because I no longer owned smart phones since using a replacement phone and I am in contract for 2 more months. But the termination fees(approx $100 per line) will be still based on 2 yr contract as a smart phone user. When I move over to Tmobile will there be an issue that I am trading in my new replaced non smart phone and any conflict with paying the early termination fee as a smart phone plan?
