Thanks for your reply. I should have mentioned in my post that the
problem was identified by a T-Mobile support person, but I forgot his
name. He guided me through the APN setup. I am on Walmart Mobile and I
was unaware that they use a different APN than T-Mobile. I did a 4.4.2
upgrade 3 or 4 months ago and had no problems, so I don't know why the
Walmart APN got whacked but the T-Mobile APN was left untouched. Anyway,
T-Mobile definitely has the best support I have experienced.
