I have been following the thread for some time so I decided to add my story:
Ordered on the phone on Friday 9/12 two iPhones one 6 silver 64 and one 6 plus silver 128 plus two sims for a total of 4 lines. New account moving from AT&T. Signed the EIP the same morning.
I was promised that I would be receiving the phones on 9/19.
On Monday 9/15 the rep called me back because something went wrong with the order and she had to put it in again. I was promised that I would still get the phone the phones on 9/19. Signed the EIP the same morning.
On Wednesday 9/17 tried to charge my card again while there was a hold and my credit card rejected the charge. Within minutes I cleared the charge with my CC company and called back T-Mobile to let them now to try again.
On Thursday 9/18 a rep called me to let me know that they could not process my order and that I should go to a store to show them my CC card. I went to the store and they had no idea what I was talking about. They just put me on the phone with T-Mobile and on the phone the rep assured all was good with my order.
Friday 9/19 phones not delivered.
Saturday 9/20 my (second) order was cancelled.
Immediately I re-ordered on the phone and was promised I would receive my order on 10/3. Actually I was told the iPhone 6 was in stock immediately but there was a 2 week backorder on the plus so that would hold up the whole order. I signed the EIP at the time of the order.
Since then I have been charged for the two SIMs about $20 and last night there was another charge for about $166 which does not correspond to either of the phones. My order has been pending since the time of the order.
Calling for an update is useless because I just get the typical 4-6 weeks timeframe. Is it possible to get a better update from the T-Force specialists here? I have send 3-4 tweets but I never got a response.
