Clark is an interesting character (I have at least three stories involving him - INCLUDING the fact he paid for priority boarding with Southwest for him and his son since I was on a flight with him to Phoenix)
If it's under a year, you may get T-Mobile to warranty it (again, refurb), but it will cost $20 to do the warranty.
You can also potentially contact the manufacturer to have them fix it.
I do understand the whole thing about seeing something different than expected.
