Good Luck, I have tried EVERYTHING, from master reset w/o restoring backup, changed sim card, to disabling OK Google and EVERYTHING in between... you name it, I've tried it.Customer service & tech support is absolutely useless! They opened a ticket for my issue, said everything was fine on their end but they would continue to help me resolve and that was the last time I heard back from them eventhough I repeatedly tried to reach out to them. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR PHONE, it's their network and they know it. It isn't a coincidence that all these people have the same exact issue. Some have had up to 4 replacement phones and experience the same issue with all. I put a friend's sim card from a different carrier and guess what...it worked, put back the tmo sim, No go. Then I put my sim card in another friend's GS4, that wasn't experiencing an issues, and I still had the same problem...put his sim in mine and it worked! It's definitely something on their end!
