I'm having trouble viewing my plan when I log into my.tmobile.com. I'm getting the following:
We are currently having trouble with your request. Please wait for few minutes and try again.
It's been like this for almost a month now. I've even spoke to someone in chat last week and they said the problem will be fixed within 24-48 hours. I've already tried clearing the cookies and trying a couple of different browsers. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
