Mobile store to see what they could offer us. I was not to happy but ended up spending over $700 a piece for a Black Berry Bold so a total of $1400 plus tax. Guess what? Wife's worked great from day one mine turned out to be a lump of  #$&*. Mine did a update and well my camera stopped working, argued till I was blue in the face with customer support (Tech Support) finally sent me,  you guessed it a used refurbished phone. That one arrived and guess what, the camera worked but the external speaker did not. called customer support same process after days of arguing with them they said they would send me another, you guessed it  a used refurbished phone. That one worked for a couple of months until one day  it started slowing down and lagging and stopped working all together. Called customer service (Thech Support) they said I needed a new battery go in to the store. Went in, and spent the $100+ for a new battery, and it did not fix my problem. Sent me a new phone after multiple, multiple calls. OK, fast forward, I deployed as I was active Army. Now my phone is running slow they said I can get a free up grade since me and my wife have been with them for a bit. Went in and found out our upgrade is them trying to sale us another $717 a piece phone. Once they told me there is no more contract but we have to get new phones we are out of here running to a new carrier. My question to T-Mobile is, if I am paying $8 dollars a month for insurance why are yall charging me $150 to $180 for a down graded phone that I could of bought in the first place for a little over $240? Yes, I know the Black Berry is no longer around
