Email, you can send the photos as an attachment in an email. Very slow, but once in an email you can download anywhere can get emails, as if it were like cloud service.
Bluetooth, you pair your devices and you can send photos. Now I know the SGTs have bluetooth, your computer depends if it has the adapter installed. Not as slow, but you have to do it one device at a time, while email its send to as many devices as you want.
USB, you can connect your phone to your computer and download your photos via usb. Fastest way, but just like bluetooth, it can do one device at a tmobile.
