ebay

Hello. my name is Evgeniya. I live in Russia.
I bought iphone 5s on ebay. delivery to Russia was impossible and I made a delivery to my friend in the us. and he sent the phone to me in Russia.
when I got the phone he was locked. I asked my friend to call t-mobile they told him that the phone was stolen ( it like new in box...)
I can't contact the seller, he is no longer logged on ebey.
I went to ebay but they denied my request in return due to the fact that the phone is not at the place of delivery.
please help me.
