Let me first start off saying I was a 15 year loyal customer. Before T mobile was T Mobile they were Omnipoint and Voicestream . I was a customer the whole time . The whole time I was happy with their service until about a year and a half ago . I had some family issues on the Southwest part of Florida life was quite hectic. Adding to all this my cell phone service was almost nonexistent in this part of Florida . I called and complained and got the usual we are putting up more towers. I was patient then I was missing important calls from NYC. I switched service provider before my contract ended. A. Couple of months later my credit report was pulled and to my surprise there was a collection . Once I became aware of this fact I paid the whole balance at once. Shame on me during this hectic time in my life family illnesses and life altering events I did not pay my bill on time. Within the last couple of months I was trying to purchase a home for my whole family. Parents .siblings and extended family. Due the collection on all three reporting agencies .i was turned down for a decent affordable rate on a mortgage . I contacted Tmobile on numerous occasions to get a receipt that the balance was paid in full to no avail I got the royal run around then I was told to go into TMobile store and ask for receipt which I did but was told it's past 90 days that the computer could not do so. Being at wits end I emailed the CEO of TMobile Mr John. Legere sending him an in depth Goodwill Letter . Citing I realized that that I made a mistake by paying my bill late and asking him if he could help with the deletion of trade line from my credit report.. About 5 hours I received a phone call fro a Mr Cruz from TMobile basically saying that I paid the bill so there was nothing they could do . I was a loyal customer for 15 yrs basically it meant nothing. I got a runaround to get a receipt from them which I never got then told you paid your bill your bill your wasting our time. I did learn if you owe money it is easier to get off your credit report . Contact me I will tell you how .anyone that wants to sign up with Tmobile I would advise you against it . As I will be telling all my friends and family that have service provided by them. 15 years stayed with then through their growing pains Left due to faulty service. Thanks for the help
