Re: Moved from Sprint for better service, but data is worse

In other posts and support requests, I've specifically outlined the areas where the signal is terrible. I'd rather not broadcast to the whole world all of my personal information, so if you are really T-Mobile support, you can look up my account information pretty easily, including my address, phone type, etc.

I have a T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S4 running Android 4.2.2.

I have checked all the maps: You asked if I checked the coverage maps, and my original posts stated this:

"The T-Mobile coverage map shows decent coverage everywhere around my home, but it's like a black hole: no signal within 150 feet all around."

The area around my house is awful. The area on highway 101 between Cochran and Bailey Rd has a huge data dropout. In Morgan Hill, between around Butterfield and Monterey Rd, the data signal just goes away: even though there are at least 4 bars of signal, there is NO data within a huge area of greater than1.7 million sq feet (a quarter mile squared), going along Dunne Ave. In Sunnyvale, around Innovation Way and Mathilda Ave and 4th, the signal will go from full strength to nothing, and calls usually work fine but data just stops working.

I have talked to other people using T-Mobile, and my wife just started using T-Mobile. My wife is of the opinion that Sprint was better, and Sprint sucks.

T-Mobile needs to get a better ticketing system for escalating customer complaints and feedback. Having these public forums will be like Sprints mysteriously disappearing complaint handling where the records will eventually be lost so as to not have any history and no way to escalate.
